Storage Service Tariffs 2008/09

For each Storage Group, the annual amount to be paid by a Customer for a Storage Service Agreement is the sum of the main following terms (in EUR).

• Capacity Charge:
  amount obtained by multiplying the contractual storage Capacity Charge Rate by contractual storage Capacity reserved.
  
  
• Withdrawal Charge:
  amount obtained by multiplying the Withdrawal Charge Rate as posted below by the cumulative daily quantity of energy withdrawn over the term of the executed Storage Service Agreement.
  
  
• Injection Charge
  amount obtained by multiplying the Injection Charge Rate as posted below by the cumulative daily quantity of energy injected over the term of the executed Storage Service Agreement.

Nominal Storage Capacity Charge Rate (standard access)

The Nominal Storage Capacity Charge Rate is specific to each Storage Group.

Other Rates (standard access)

• Withdrawal Charge Rate: 0,10 EUR/MWh
  
  
• Injection Charge Rate: 0,31 EUR/MWh

Service of intra-day reversal of gas flow direction

The total annual amount to be paid by a Customer for the intra-day reversal of gas flow direction Service pursuant to an executed Storage Service Agreement is the sum of the following storage service components stated in EUR :

• Term for the Withdrawn Quantity by way of intra-day reversal of gas flow direction :

amount obtained by adding, over the duration of the Contract, the products of the Withdrawal Charge Rate and the Daily Quantity withdrawn by way of the intra-day reversal of gas flow direction.


• Term for the Injected Quantity by way of intra-day reversal of gas flow direction :

amount obtained by adding, over the duration of the Contract, the products of the Injection Charge Rate and the Daily Quantity injected by way of the intra-day reversal of gas flow direction.

Service Day Ahead

For each Storage Group, the daily request by way of the Day Ahead Offer consists of a quantity requested for injection or for withdrawal and an unitary price associated by the Customer. This price must not be less than a Lowest Price. As an indication, this Lowest Price is fixed on April 1st, 2008 at :

• Term for the Injected Quantity by way of the Day Ahead Offer (TQIDA):

amount obtained by adding, over the duration of the Contract, the products of the unitary price for injected quantity by way of the Day Ahead Offer proposed by the Customer for Day J and the Daily Quantity Injected by way of the Day Ahead Offer for the same Day


• Term for the Withdrawn Quantity by way of the Day Ahead Offer (TQSDA) :

amount obtained by adding, over the duration of the Contract, the products of the unitary prices for withdrawn quantity by way of the Day Ahead Offer proposed by the Customer for Day J and the Daily Quantities Withdrawn by way of the Day Ahead Offer for the same Day

Conditional Withdrawal Capacity Option

For each Storage Group, the total annual amount to be paid by a Customer for Conditional Withdrawal Capacity Option pursuant to an executed Storage Service Agreement is the sum of the following storage service components stated in EUR.

• Conditional Withdrawal Capacity Charge: amount obtained by multiplying the Conditional Withdrawal Capacity Charge Rate as posted below by Conditional Daily Maximal Withdrawal Capacity reserved.
  
  
• Conditional Withdrawal Quantity Charge: amount obtained by multiplying the Conditional Withdrawal Quantity Charge Rate as posted below by the cumulative daily quantity of energy withdrawn under Additional Storage Service over the term of the executed Storage Service Agreement.
  
  
  The Management Fee for Conditional Withdrawal Capacity are cancelled from 1st april 2008.

  The above rate components apply to all Storage Groups.

Conditional Injection Capacity Option

For each Storage Group, the total annual amount to be paid by a Customer for Conditional Injection Capacity Option pursuant to an executed Storage Service Agreement is the sum of the following storage service components stated in EUR.

• Conditional Injection Capacity Charge: amount obtained by multiplying the Conditional Injection Capacity Charge Rate as posted below by the Conditional Daily Maximal Injection Capacity reserved.
  
  
• Conditional Injection Quantity Charge: amount obtained by multiplying the Conditional Injection Quantity Charge Rate as posted below by the cumulative daily quantity of energy injected under Additional Storage Service over the term of the executed Storage Service Agreement
  
  
  The Management Fee for Conditional Injection Capacity are cancelled from 1st april 2008.
